Where are your pieces made?
All of our pieces are handmade in New York. We source materials locally within the tri-state area. Any outside fabrication is also completed in the New York area.
Can I view your work in person?
At times, our studio is open to the public by appointment. Please contact us to set up an appointment. Additionally, we have a selection of pieces at retailers and galleries across the country. This list is at the end of this page. Please contact us for specific requests and we will direct you to the nearest stockist.
Are all your products made to order?
All of our pieces are made to order at this time.
Do you offer customization?
All of our works are made to order and customizable in terms of color. Additionally, we also consider custom and unique projects from time to time. Please contact us to chat.
How do I care for my piece?
All of our pieces are handmade and should be treated with care. Our pieces should not be exposed to harsh or damaging conditions. Glow pieces can be wiped clean with soapy water.
Do you work with Interior Designers and Architects?
Yes, we love working with Designers and Architects and we offer a Trade discount. Please contact us with your business information for more details about our Trade Program.
How do you ship furniture?
All furniture is packed, boxed and shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS, or other similar service. Furniture in the greater NY area may be delivered by white glove transportation. Larger orders may be shipped by freight.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we typically ship by DHL, FedEx, or a Freight Forwarder for international orders. Please contact us for a quote.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary by piece, order and our current schedule, but generally range between 8-10 weeks for glow pieces. Lead times begin with receipt of payment. Please contact us to confirm lead time. Custom orders may take longer. Covid and supply chain issues have also been adding delays to production time beyond our control.
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is hand made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges or credits. Deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. All packing and materials must be saved and documented in order to process a shipping damage claim through any shipping provider for refund upon inspection.
